General Terms and Conditions

The maximum time limit for claiming a refund is 15 days from receipt of product.
1. Physical Products
- The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
- Once the product has been received in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in perfect conditionunused and with its original packaging intact.
- If these conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, net of management fees.
- If the product shows signs of use, damage or is missing its original packaging, no refund will be made.
2. Digital Products
- The eBooks, courses and other digital products purchased by download or sent by e-mail no refunds allowed.
- A refund will only be made if there is a technical problem preventing access to the content that cannot be solved.
- Once the customer receives the download link, the purchase process is considered completed and it is not possible to request a refund.
3. Service Vouchers (Walks, Activities and Training)
The vouchers for excursions, activities and courses offer a reduced price per eventand therefore no refunds, in whole or in part, are permitted.
4. Event Tickets and Individual Tickets
- If attendance is cancelled with more than 72 hours in advanceThe amount will be reimbursed (minus the handling fee).
- If you give notice with less than 72 hoursThe amount will not be refunded, but may be retained as a cheque for another event
- If cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, there shall be no entitlement to reimbursement or cheque.
- No-show at the event: If the client does not attend the event without prior notice, shall not be entitled to reimbursement or cheque.
