Dog Socialisation Walk in Colmenarejo: Enjoy, Learn and Connect with Other Dog Lovers

Hello, friends and dog guardians!

Our socialisation walk with dogs in September will take place at one of our favourite locations in the Sierra de Guadarrama, Colmenarejo!

We look forward to seeing you at 9:30 a.m. at the meeting point where we will have the opportunity to present our dogs in an orderly manner.

We will then start the route. Don't worry about the difficulty, as this is a relaxed walk, perfect for enjoying nature, sharing laughs, and meeting other people and their dogs.

- During the walk, we will learn about canine interactions and curiosities about the behaviour of our four-legged friends.
- The route will be guided by two dog training professionals, who will be available to answer all your questions about your dog's behaviour.
- We are here to help you improve your relationship with your dog and enjoy an enriching experience together.

Timetable of the activity:

-9:30 am: Meeting point and presentation of the dogs.
-12:00/12:30h: End of the activity and farewell.

Rules of participation:

- Your dog doesn't need to be perfect to attend - no dog is! Our aim is for your dog to improve his social skills and for you to build a stronger and happier relationship together.
- However, dogs with serious behavioural problems that could pose a risk to themselves or others will not be admitted.
- All participants must comply with the legal obligations of the Community of Madrid in terms of identification, vaccination and liability insurance for their dogs.
- We ask all participants to respect the basic rules of coexistence to ensure the smooth running of the activity.
- Remember that you are fully responsible for your dog during the whole activity.

Materials required:

- Harness or collar and lead in good condition and securely fastened.
- Water, snacks, poop bags, and anything else that makes you feel comfortable.
- Proper hiking footwear.

Transport and parking:

- If you do not have a vehicle, please contact us to see if we can help you to coordinate the transport, either in our vans or with a colleague.
- The last stretch of the path is a dirt track and at the end you will find a large car park where it will be easy to find us.
